Our Chef’s entrée selections will satisfy anyone’s appetite. Choose from our tender Marinated Sirloin Filet or Barbecue Rack of Baby Back Ribs to our Fresh Macadamia Nut Fillet of Salmon.

Our entrée choices are guaranteed to keep you smiling by using only the choicest grain fed beef, freshest seafood and the areas best garden greens available.

Entrees
Choice of garlic mashed potatoes or Macadamia coconut rice and fresh garden-cut vegetables. With our oven baked Hot Rod Garlic Cheese Bread.

Chopped Top
Our half-pound ground sirloin topped with fresh mushrooms and caramelized onions. Blanketed with a rich, red wine demi-glace.

Marinated Top Sirloin Steak
Hot Rod Cafe's signature charbroiled 10 oz. filet of sirloin. Flavored in our olive oil, Asian garlic marinade.

Tender chicken breast, tucked and rolled with fajita vegetables and baked in a green chili cream sauce. Rice pilaf and black beans.
