| Note: Electrical is not available. All vendors are encouraged to provide their own generators. We place vendors in the best available location when we receive the signed contract. There is no on sight parking. All vendors must find their own parking off sight or take shuttle. |

| Move-in Schedule
Move in Friday, July 11th 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
All vendors must be set up by 5:00 p.m. |
| How to come in
Come to the show registration table at Hot Rod Cafe at 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
All vendors must be checked in by 2:00 p.m. and set up by 5:00 p.m. |
| Show Hours
Friday: 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. |
| Vendor entrance & drop off area
The vendor entrance will be between Schucks Auto Supply and McDonalds (look for sign). After 4:00 PM on Friday, all vendor vehicles and trailers must exit the vendor area. The vendor drop off area will be at the same Schucks/McDonalds area throughout the event. Vendors may pull up and drop off supplies. All drop off vehicles must unload and leave the drop off area immediately. |
| Vendor parking
There is no vendor parking on-site. All vendors must find their own parking or take the event shuttle. |
| Security
24-hour security is provided on Friday, July 6th only. However, all vendors are responsible for their booths. Hot Rod Cafe River City Rod Run 2007 will not be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to any vendor booth, vehicles, trailers, or inventory. |
| Booths
This is a rain or shine outdoor event. Tents for either rain or shade are advised and are the responsibility of the vendor. All tents must be secured by weights. (No stakes are allowed in the asphalt areas.) |
| Move out
Departure from the show is Saturday, July 12th at 10:00 p.m.
Vendors must be set up until 10:00 p.m. No exceptions. No early tear down will be allowed. |
| Electrical
Electricity is not available. All vendors are encouraged to provide their own generators. |
